Keybridge Phase

Challenge: The Keybridge Phase development in Vauxhall, completed in 2018, presented several challenges. One significant challenge was achieving the desired high thermal performance within the constraints of the building’s architectural design and the advanced glazing systems used. Additionally, maintaining the aesthetic appeal and ensuring the structural integrity of the 37-storey tower while incorporating energy-efficient glazing solutions was crucial.

Solution: To address these challenges, Crystal Units supplied C.U.in glazing, known for its superior thermal efficiency and minimal thickness. This innovative glazing technology allowed the project to meet its energy performance goals without compromising design aesthetics. The installation was carried out by OCL using Reynaers systems, which seamlessly integrated with the architectural vision and provided enhanced energy efficiency.
