Our Georgian Glazing Bar Units are a practical solution for delivering period-style aesthetics with modern double-glazed performance. Decorative bars are sealed inside the insulated glass unit (IGU), giving the appearance of traditional small panes without compromising insulation or ease of maintenance.

How They Work:

Internal Bars: Plastic bars are positioned within the cavity of the IGU during manufacturing, forming a grid pattern.

Illusion of Multiple Panes: This technique replicates the look of Georgian-style multi-pane windows while preserving a smooth sealed unit.

Manufactured by the IGU Fabricator: Georgian bar units are made by us inside the cavity of the sealed unit and cannot be added on site.
