Orchard Wharf
Positioned on the west bank of the River Lea, Orchard Wharf stands as a landmark residential development in London’s Docklands. From apartments and duplexes to penthouses – framed by a striking combination of stepped architecture and a 23-storey tower. With sweeping views of Canary Wharf and thoughtful urban landscaping, Orchard Wharf reimagines a former industrial site into a vibrant living environment.
Old War Offices (OWO)
The Old War Office on Whitehall, was a place of work for some of the most famous political names of 20th Century Britain, while also acting as a meeting point for spies and military bosses. Most famoulsy, Winston Churchill during World War II. Now known as OWO, the Grade II listed building has been meticulously developed to be Raffles Hotel and luxury living.
St Michaels
St Michael’s Square is a landmark residential regeneration project in West Croydon, delivering 240 new homes across two elegant towers. Developed by London Square and supported by Ravenworth for glazing integration, the scheme merges architectural clarity with environmental performance, creating a new urban focal point surrounding the historic St Michael’s and All Angels Church. Central to the development is a vibrant public square featuring commissioned public art and generous landscaping, reflecting a vision of community engagement, sustainability, and design integrity.
The Arc
Located on the border of Shoreditch and Islington, The Arc is a striking 22-storey mixed-use development by Ghelamco, marking the developer’s UK debut. Designed by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris (AHMM), the scheme draws inspiration from early 20th-century red-brick architecture of New York and Chicago, seamlessly blending heritage cues with high-performance design. Comprising 100 luxury homes, 150,000 sq ft of flexible office and retail space, and a landscaped rooftop terrace, the building defines a new standard in urban regeneration.
Canada Water
Canada Water is one of London’s most ambitious regeneration projects, led by British Land. Spanning 53 acres, the development is set to become the capital’s first new town centre in over 50 years. Crystal Units supplied high-performance glazing for the lower-level residential blocks surrounding the central 35-storey tower within Plot A1, contributing to a new neighbourhood that blends homes, workplaces, and public spaces with exceptional sustainability credentials.
Quarry House
This year, we collaborated with AumAxum on Quarry House, designed by A-Zero Architects to achieve net-zero energy ratings. The challenge was meeting thermal performance requirements, leading us to use Schüco systems and Passivhaus design methods. With quadruple glazing and our unique suspended film technology, we achieved a U-value of 0.2 W/m²K, ensuring high insulation, acoustic benefits, and reduced energy usage.
Mansfield College
The Hands Building student accommodation was thoughtfully designed to maximise green space retention, incorporating heat exchange and solar thermal technology to support space heating. To minimise energy demand, the building fabric was specified with exceptionally high thermal performance standards.
Keybridge Phase
Completed in 2018, the Keybridge Phase development in Vauxhall faced challenges in achieving high thermal performance while maintaining aesthetic and structural integrity. Crystal Units supplied C.U.in glazing, renowned for its superior thermal efficiency and minimal thickness. Installed by OCL using Reynaers systems, this innovative glazing solution met energy performance goals and seamlessly integrated with the architectural design.
Balfron Tower
One of London’s very few listed post-war buildings, Balfron Tower located in Poplar, London Borough of Tower Hamlets. Built in a Brutalist style, designed by Ernő Goldfinger in 1963, underwent a full refurbishment to bring it up to modern day standards, including highly efficient inuslating glass with solar control laminated glass.

Project Nash
Project Nash is the careful redevelopment of 1-4 Marble Arch, a prominent historic building in London’s West End. With its distinctive curved façade and architectural detailing, the project aimed to harmonise the preservation of 19th-century design with the requirements of a modern commercial space. Propak Architectural Glazing led the glazing package, delivering precision solutions that honoured the building’s character while introducing performance upgrades essential for contemporary use.

As part of an £8 million sustainability upgrade, high-performance triple-glazed C.U.in units were installed in thermally broken frames, reducing heat loss and supporting the college’s path to net zero carbon emissions.

Trinity College
In 2020, Trinity College at the University of Oxford enhanced its infrastructure with state-of-the-art glazing installed by Crittall Windows. The project utilised Crittall MW40 technology, integrating the advanced C.U.in glazing system. This combination provided exceptional thermal performance with a centre pane U-value of 0.6 W/m²K in a 32mm thick IGU, ensuring the buildings achieved high energy efficiency while preserving their historic aesthetic.
